Description

MAT0022 prepares students for college-level mathematics and mathematics-based courses. Topics include operations with whole numbers, integers, fractions, decimals, rational, polynomial, and radical expressions; linear equations and inequalities in one variable;factoring; basic linear graphing; and applied problem solving. This course teaches students to understand and communicate concepts of algebra in the language of mathematics. Use of a calculator is permitted in this course. This course is non-transferable.
